Hanoi

Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a little more laidback than Saigon. There is plenty of stuff to see, especially in the Old City. Hanoi is famous for its water puppet theatres, and the city is a good starting point for trips to Ha Long Bay as well as the North West territory.
